Wolfson Foundation capital funding for charities working with older people, covering new buildings, refurbishment and equipment. Grants start at £25,000 and are usually £40,000–£75,000, awarded through two annual application rounds (Stage 1 deadlines of 5 January and 1 July; next Stage 1 closes 5 January 2027). Projects above £80,000 require minimum 25% match funding at Stage 2.
