Repurposing our High Streets Grant – Crewe Town Centre (Cheshire East UKSPF)

About this grant

The Repurposing our High Streets grant scheme supports businesses and organisations to take on empty premises in Crewe Town Centre. Capital grants of up to £30,000 are available for businesses/organisations taking leases on vacant commercial premises, covering fit-out costs and capital equipment. The grant is part of Cheshire East Council's UK Shared Prosperity Fund (UKSPF) Business Support Programme and is funded via the Government's Towns Fund (Crewe's allocation of up to £22.9m). Shorter-term 'meanwhile use' leases attract smaller grants; longer commitments (e.g. five-year leases) attract the maximum award. This is a retrospective scheme.
