About this grant
The Mercers' Company's Older People & Housing programme funds not-for-profit organisations in Greater London and Norfolk that combat loneliness and poverty faced by older people. Priorities include building new connections and maintaining relationships, and tackling cost-of-living pressures, poor-quality housing and disadvantage. Preference goes to older people at high risk, including those from minoritised ethnic and LGBTQ+ communities, informal carers and people with long-term conditions. Awards total £50,000 to £120,000 over up to three years for core, project or development costs, starting with an expression of interest that can be submitted at any time.
