Eligible projects must demonstrate clear and measurable carbon-saving outcomes, such as low-carbon heating and cooling upgrades, renewable energy installations (e.g. solar thermal), energy-efficient lighting and controls, insulation, water-efficiency measures, and equipment that reduces, reuses or recycles resources and waste. Projects must cost £30,000 or less (including VAT). Grant covers up to 50% of eligible project costs.
