About this grant
Grant funding from Scottish Enterprise to help life sciences companies cover the capital costs of fitting out specialist laboratory and manufacturing spaces in Scotland. Eligible costs include wet and dry lab fit-out, cleanrooms and controlled environments, GMP manufacturing fit-out, specialist building services and utilities, and adaptation of space for life sciences use. Applications are accepted on a rolling basis with periodic stage-one panel deadlines (next: 1 October 2026, then 28 January 2027).
