About this grant

A trial assessing whether Demand Turn Up (DTU) can reduce renewable electricity curtailment in Great Britain. UK registered businesses acting as Flexibility Service Providers (FSPs) in the GB electricity market can submit an Expression of Interest for a share of up to £16 million in grant funding. The trial is co-funded by Innovate UK and the Department for Energy Security and Net Zero (DESNZ).
