About this grant

Art Fund supports the commission and acquisition of new works of art for public collections. Grants are available to not-for-profit organisations, charities, museums, libraries and archives to commission artists to create new works of international, national or regional significance. Commissioned work may be permanent, temporary, ephemeral or performance-based, and should demonstrate clear benefit to the artist, the organisation, and audiences.
