About this grant
Dorset Community Foundation's main small grants programme for grassroots groups tackling local social issues, poverty and disadvantage, with particular interest in helping older people stay active and independent and supporting people with mental health issues. Funds core, delivery and modest capital costs. The winter round opens on 23 November 2026 and closes at midday on 11 January 2027; outcomes by end of February 2027 and earliest start 1 March 2027. Around £120,000 is available.
