About this grant
Grants for urgent and essential maintenance and repair work to the fabric of church buildings (repair projects costing £1,000 to £80,000 including VAT), and for project development work such as condition surveys, business planning, conservation statements and governance advice. Grants never exceed 50% of net project costs. The next deadline is Tuesday 15 December 2026 (Northern Ireland repair applications have an extended deadline of 19 January 2027).
