About this grant

Architectural Heritage Fund programme for regenerating historic buildings in town centre locations in England, especially in deprived areas, supporting projects from the earliest stages through to capital works: feasibility studies, business plans, design, surveys, and conservation and repair. Runs until 31 March 2030. In England, requests up to £75,000 can be submitted at any time starting with an expression of interest (decisions 8 to 12 weeks after a full application); larger requests go to quarterly Grants Panels (next deadline 14 December 2026).
