About this grant
National Lottery project funding for organisations that collect, preserve and give public access to screen heritage collections, for activity such as expanding audience access to UK screen heritage collections, collecting contemporary screen works, and workforce development, training and skills. Awards are generally £10,000 to £140,000; larger single or multi-year awards (up to £4m) are possible but rare. Project funding is open all year round, but you must apply at least 16 weeks before the planned start, and all activity must be completed by 31 March 2029. The separate 2026-29 Resilience strand closed on 31 March 2026.
