About this grant

Part-funds the installation of charging infrastructure at fleet depots to support zero-emission HGVs, vans and coaches, as part of a £170 million programme running from April 2026 to 2030. Window 1 closed on 30 June 2026. OZEV expects window 2 (£38 million) to open on 28 October 2026 and close on 29 January 2027, for projects delivered between April 2027 and 31 March 2028; grant rates reduce over the programme and window 2 terms and rates are not yet confirmed.
