About this grant
Grant towards the cost of bringing in external expertise to help a Sunderland business grow or become more resilient, such as marketing strategy, web design, video and social media, management systems, product development, process improvement, succession or growth planning. The fund covers up to 40% of eligible spend on projects costing £3,000 to £6,000 (excluding VAT). The grant is paid retrospectively once the project is complete and the provider paid; work must not start before the contract pack is signed. Applications are reviewed competitively and decisions take a few weeks.
