About this grant

Ørsted's community fund for coastal communities near the Hornsea 1 and Race Bank offshore wind farms, from Bridlington on the Yorkshire coast down the Lincolnshire coast and round the Wash to Hunstanton, managed by GrantScape (about £465,000 a year for 20 years, including a ring-fenced Skills Fund). It funds community buildings and facilities, community activities and services, environmental and open space projects, and sport, recreation and play; capital and revenue costs can be combined and revenue projects can run for up to two years. Small grants are £1,000 to £10,000 and main grants £10,001 to £50,000. The next round closes at midnight on 3 February 2027 (decision end April 2027), then 4 August 2027.
