Herts Green Impact Fund

About this grant

Small green grants of up to £1,000 for local Hertfordshire charities and community groups to fund practical climate action, mainly capital items that improve energy efficiency, climate resilience or sustainability (for example insulation, draught-proofing, energy-efficient lighting and appliances, water butts and bike racks). HCF runs three rounds a year: the Autumn 2026 round has closed, and the Spring 2027 round opens on 8 January 2027 and closes on 19 February 2027, with grants awarded in mid-April. Shortlisted applicants get a one-to-one session with a sustainability consultant, and fully funded environmental training is offered.
