About this grant

Ørsted's community fund for coastal communities off the Irish Sea near the Burbo Bank Extension offshore wind farm in Liverpool Bay, including the Dee and Mersey estuaries, managed by GrantScape (about £225,000 a year, split over two rounds). It funds community buildings, environmental, wildlife and open space projects, marine and coastal improvements, and social and community enterprise initiatives; revenue costs can be funded for up to two years. Small grants are £500 to £5,000 and main grants £5,001 to £20,000. The next round closes at midnight on 31 March 2027 (decision end June 2027), then 22 September 2027.
