About this grant
Small grants through which Tamworth borough councillors support community initiatives that improve quality of life for Tamworth people. The £15,000 annual scheme covers all ten Tamworth wards: each councillor has £500, and groups can request £250 to £500 from each of one or more councillors (their own ward's three councillors, or other wards' councillors if the project serves several wards), up to £1,500 per project. The application portal (Community Foundation for Staffordshire) gives a next closing date of 31 January 2027, earlier if funds run out; the council's page says the round runs to 26 February 2027.
