About this grant
Grants for community-led health and wellbeing projects in Tameside that tackle health, social and economic inequalities, involve people with lived experience, bring diverse people together and build sustainability. Micro grants (up to £1,000) are decided by Action Together; small grants (up to £11,000) are decided by the Live Well Leadership group, which includes VCFSE leaders and Tameside's Director of Population Health. Applications opened on 29 September 2026 and close at 12 noon on Monday 9 November 2026.
