About this grant

Each South Oxfordshire district councillor has £7,500 to award to community projects benefiting their ward, with grants from £250 up to £7,500 per councillor covering up to 100% of project costs; groups can apply to several councillors for wider projects. Small capital projects (total cost £15,000 or less) and one-off revenue projects are funded, with priority for nature, climate and thriving, healthy, inclusive communities. The 2026/27 scheme opened on 17 August 2026 and closes at midday on 4 December 2026, with awards from March 2027.
