About this grant

Supports charities, social enterprises and other not-for-profit groups in rural Northern Ireland villages that want to tackle rural poverty and social isolation by bringing a disused historic building back into use. There are three routes: Project Viability Grants of up to £10,000 to test ideas and assess the building, Project Development Grants of up to £20,000 to take ideas to detailed design, and Delivery Grants of up to £240,000 towards capital works. The viability route is a rolling scheme, and the development and delivery routes stay open until their budgets are spent, so early applications are advised.
