Museum Futures Innovation Fund (Museums Galleries Scotland)

About this grant

Part of the £4 million Museum Futures programme, this fund supports Scottish museums to develop innovative projects that build organisational sustainability. It can pay for new or additional staff, consultants, capital costs, fixtures and equipment, limited stock for trialling local products, training and marketing linked to the project, for up to three years. It is a rolling fund with decisions within eight weeks, closing at 5pm on 20 January 2027 or earlier if funding runs out.
