About this grant

Grants for community organisations in Wales taking on the rescue and reuse of historic buildings. Project Viability Grants (up to £15,000) test whether a building can be brought back into use, Project Development Grants (up to £30,000, with no more than £50,000 development funding per project) take schemes to detailed design, and Capital Works Grants (up to £50,000) support construction. Expressions of interest can be submitted at any time; smaller grants are decided at monthly meetings, while requests over £30,000 go to the quarterly Grants Panel (next submission deadline 14 December 2026 for a March 2027 decision).
