Wiltshire Council Area Board Grants (Community, Youth, and Older and Vulnerable Adults)

About this grant

Wiltshire Council's 18 Area Boards award grants to local projects at business meetings held four times a year. Community grants provide capital funding for facilities and equipment with a lifespan of at least five years; youth grants fund leisure-time activities for young people aged 13 to 19 (up to 25 with special educational needs or disabilities); and older and vulnerable adult grants fund projects that reduce loneliness and help people stay independent at home. The maximum grant from a single Area Board is £5,000, and projects costing over £1,000 can receive up to 50% of total costs. Applications must reach the council at least four weeks before an Area Board business meeting.
