About this grant
The Welsh Government's Sustainable Development Fund (SDF) supports new projects that conserve or enhance the natural beauty of the Welsh part of the Wye Valley National Landscape. At least 60% of programme funding is ring-fenced for projects whose main aim is tackling biodiversity loss and climate change, and nature recovery and decarbonisation are weighted double in scoring. Small grants are under £1,000 and larger grants can reach £25,000 in exceptional circumstances. There is no closing date for 2026-27: applicants send a brief outline or the 2026-27 expression of interest form to the Community Links Officer.
