About this grant
A partnership fund administered by Quartet Community Foundation, backed by NHS Bristol, North Somerset and South Gloucestershire ICB, local councils, the West of England Combined Authority and others, with £1.2 million to award. It funds community-based work that reduces health inequalities and supports prevention and early intervention for priority groups: people with mental health challenges or chronic pain and their carers, residents of the most deprived areas, people whose health affects work, children and young people with poor outcomes, and people needing support with activity and healthy weight. Small grants are £2,000 to £10,000 a year and large grants £10,001 to £50,000 a year, for up to two years. Applications open 2 November 2026 and close at 11am on 14 December 2026; decisions in mid-March 2027.
