Scottish Borders Grand Départ Community Activation Fund: Micro Grants (Tour de France 2027)

About this grant

Micro grants of £100 to £1,000 for community-led activities and events, paid in advance once approved. The Grand Départ Community Activation Fund is run by Scottish Borders Council to help communities take part in the 2027 Tour de France Grand Départ in the Scottish Borders. Projects must be inclusive, locally distinctive cycling activities linked to the event, such as community celebrations and festivals, family, youth and cycling activities, arts, culture and heritage, live music, town and village decoration and volunteering. Applicants may request up to 100% of eligible costs. Apply through the council's online form. Applications should be submitted by 31 January 2027, and the fund may close earlier if all funding is allocated.
