About this grant

Small grants of £250 to £1,000 for community groups and organisations running activities that improve life for older people in Bath and North East Somerset. Funding can help start something new, test an idea or develop an existing activity, covering costs such as room hire, materials, refreshments, transport, a tutor or facilitator, small equipment and accessibility costs. St John's Foundation is committing £5,000 in total. Expressions of interest close at 12 noon on Monday 16 November 2026; there may be a conversation in late November, outcomes are due by 11 December 2026 and activities run from January to June 2027.
