Inspiring Scotland

Inspiring Scotland Neighbourhood Ecosystem Fund (Rolling Programme)

About this grant

Inspiring Scotland's Neighbourhood Ecosystem Fund supports small, grassroots community-led groups across Scotland to restore and care for local nature and ecosystems, aimed at groups that may struggle to access ecosystem restoration funding. Groups can apply for up to £13,500 for project activities, mainly day-to-day revenue costs rather than equipment, land or buildings, and successful groups also receive up to £1,500 of professional fundraising time. The fund is open on a rolling basis. Submit a short expression of interest form at any time (about 15 to 20 minutes); groups usually hear back within two to three weeks and selected groups complete a full application. Full application decisions are made every three months.
