About this grant

The Cheshire Police and Crime Commissioner's SWAP Fund (Safety, Working Together, Action and Prevention) offers grants of up to £2,500 from a £50,000 pot of seized criminal assets. Projects must show a clear link to crime reduction, community safety, or policing and prevention outcomes. Priorities are children and young people, wellbeing, reducing isolation and promoting inclusion, and early intervention and prevention. Match funding is encouraged but not required. Apply using the online form by 9am on Monday 30 November 2026; late applications are not accepted, and outcomes will be notified by 17 December 2026.
