About this grant

Fermanagh and Omagh District Council's Project Development Grant helps local non-profit groups identify local need and develop project ideas. It pays 75% of total costs up to a maximum of £2,000 towards action, development or strategic plans, economic appraisals, feasibility studies, survey reports and technical drawings. Groups planning capital projects must own the property or hold a long-term lease. The stream is open on a rolling basis throughout the 2026/27 funding year (1 April 2026 to 31 March 2027), subject to available funding. You must discuss your project with a Community Services officer before an application form is issued. Retrospective costs are not funded.
