These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the FindMyGrant platform, operated by FindMyGrant ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use our platform. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "User" or "Subscriber") and FindMyGrant.
FindMyGrant is an online information aggregation platform that helps UK businesses discover potential grant funding opportunities. We compile, curate, and present information about grants from publicly available sources and third-party data providers.
Our service includes a personalised grant matching dashboard, a searchable grants directory, saved grants functionality, and educational resources about business funding.
IMPORTANT: PLEASE READ THIS SECTION CAREFULLY.
FindMyGrant is an information aggregator and discovery tool only. We do not apply for grants on your behalf, provide legal or financial advice, or act as an intermediary between you and any grant-awarding body.
We make no representations, warranties, or guarantees of any kind, whether express or implied, regarding:
(a) The accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any grant information displayed on the platform. Grant programmes may be amended, closed, or withdrawn by their administrators without notice.
(b) Your eligibility for any grant listed on the platform. Eligibility criteria are determined solely by the grant-awarding body, and our matching algorithms are indicative only.
(c) The outcome of any grant application you submit. FindMyGrant does not guarantee, and expressly disclaims any warranty regarding, the success of any grant application made by a user, or the actual disbursement of any funds by any third-party awarding body.
(d) The continued availability of any specific grant or funding programme.
You acknowledge that grants are competitive and conditional, and that the decision to award funding rests entirely with the relevant grant-awarding body. FindMyGrant shall have no liability for any failure to obtain funding.
By using FindMyGrant, you agree to:
(a) Provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating your account and business profile. Providing false information to obtain more favourable grant matches constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
(b) Use the platform solely for lawful business purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
(c) Keep your account credentials confidential and notify us immediately of any unauthorised access to your account.
(d) Not attempt to scrape, copy, or redistribute our grant database or any proprietary content from the platform without our express written permission.
(e) Not use the platform in any way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair our infrastructure.
(f) Independently verify all grant information before submitting any application, including checking deadlines, eligibility criteria, and application requirements directly with the awarding body.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for your internal business purposes during your subscription period. This licence does not permit you to reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content.
You retain ownership of the business data and information you provide to us. By submitting this data, you grant us a licence to process and use it to provide the service.
Termination by You: You may close your account at any time by contacting us or using the account deletion option in your settings. Upon closure, your data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Termination by Us: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately, without notice, if we reasonably believe you have:
(a) Breached any provision of these Terms; (b) Provided false or misleading account information; (c) Engaged in conduct that is unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful to other users or to FindMyGrant.
Effect of Termination: Upon termination, your right to access the platform ceases immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (including the disclaimer of warranties, limitation of liability, and intellectual property clauses) shall continue to apply.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable UK law, FindMyGrant shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the platform, including but not limited to loss of revenue, loss of profits, or loss of anticipated savings.
Our total aggregate liability to you for any claims arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total subscription fees paid by you to FindMyGrant in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under UK law.
