Basingstoke and Deane Councillor Community Grants 2026/27

About this grant

Small grants from Basingstoke and Deane borough councillors' ward allocations for one-off items or activities with lasting community benefit, such as equipment, furniture, community infrastructure (fencing, notice boards), repairs that extend the life of community items, or piloting an activity to understand local need. Each councillor can support grants of £250 to £2,000, and two or three councillors can pool budgets for grants up to £3,000. Grants are paid as reimbursement and costs must be paid within 8 weeks of the grant agreement. The 2026/27 scheme opened on 1 June 2026; the final deadline is midday on 1 March 2027, but councillor budgets can run out earlier.
